The essence of Home Team Wellness is to identify your unique goals and curate the team of providers necessary to help you succeed presently and in the future.

Hi all! I am pleased to have this platform to introduce myself; my name is Zach Juliano and I am a physical therapist from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. My roadmap to becoming a physical therapist began at Millersville University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. While at Millersville, I was a four-year player on the ice hockey team with the honor of serving as team captain for two of those years. I then continued my education at Neumann University, where I graduated at the top of my class with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Throughout my career I have had the privilege of treating many high level collegiate and professional athletes across the NHL, MLB, NFL, PLL, NBA, and MLS. I was even contracted as a personal physical therapist and performance/wellness coach for an individual while traveling parts of the country and international locations. In addition to being surrounded by some of the most gifted athletes at their respective sports, I have also worked alongside some of the most talented surgeons in Dr. William Meyers and Dr. Alexander Poor at the world renowned, Vincera Institute giving me a great deal of experience in hip joint and core muscle health.

From my teenage to adult years, I have always been intrigued by the innerworkings of the human body. Constantly driven to learn, practice, and modify new ways to manipulate, adapt, and improve overall performance. Professional and life lessons have been plenty learned throughout my career and as a result some valuable personal qualities have been polished: creativity, patience, ingenuity, and organization to name a few. My frustration with the current model of physical therapy and training runs deep; existing only on the injured side of athlete’s careers or backend of a person’s life is not sustainable. I have been motivated to build a model where physical therapists can be considered as preventative care providers, helping athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday folks avoid injury, surgery, or simply live a more fulfilling life.

When not working on others, I enjoy working on myself. Exercising, playing ice hockey, golfing, traveling with my wife, and volunteering with various youth sports organizations are some of the things that keep me ticking!
